Salary is credited on time, but toxic culture prevails
Pros: Pros is one is salary credited on time
Cons: Autocratic/Founder-Centric Culture: Traditional "top-down" management style with zero structured processes, departmental autonomy, or transparent policies.
Severe Work-Life Imbalance: Constant boundary erosion, expectation of off-hours availability, and burnout disguised as dedication.
Retaliatory Climate: Raising valid operational concerns or constructive critique leads to being targeted, labeled "difficult," or sidelined.
Reactionary Problem-Solving: A preference for fast, superficial "same-day" Band-Aid fixes rather than root-cause analysis or scalable engineering.
Ornamental HR: Human resources operates purely as a compliance arm for leadership, offering zero psychological safety or conflict mediation.
Single-Point Bottleneck: Heavy micromanagement by the CEO paralyzes day-to-day execution and renders middle leadership toothless.

Opportunities for growth and supportive leadership abound
Pros: Rejoined vagaro because of more opportunities for growth and learning, career progression, and chances to move up into higher roles, along with regular recognition for good work, this has helped and kept me motivated and satisfied.
Training initiatives are helpful
I would definitely recommend vagaro to my friends
Organization's hierarchy is well structured and very supportive. Even CEO is right there to help and always monitoring issues occurred even if its midnight or late working hours.
Safety for women employees.
Cons: Nothing as of now. Everything seems good

Weak Management, Toxic Culture, and Zero Work-Life Balance
Pros: they provide AI for daily production.
Cons: Severe Lack of Work-Life Balance: Working 11 to 12 hours a day is treated as the standard norm here. It is common for the team to be forced to sit until 2:00 AM, only to be expected back in the office by 9:00 AM or 10:00 AM the exact same morning. Senior team members confirm this toxic cycle has been the standard practice for over 10 years, and management treats this level of burnout as completely normal. The entire team is regularly forced to stay late due to poor planning, which clearly indicates a failure in leadership rather than employee performance.
Invasive Expectations & No Boundary Respect: Managers behave as if employees shouldn't have families or personal lives just because they choose not to prioritize their own. There is an absurd expectation to cut off the outside world - even demanding that employees don't use or answer their mobile phones in the office, showing zero regard for personal or family emergencies.
Ineffective Leadership & Management: Upper management (including divisional VPs and line managers) lacks efficient workload management skills. Instead of structuring timelines properly, they rely on forcing employees into endless overtime.
Micromanagement & Outdated Mindsets: There is an old-school, rigid mindset where developers are expected to wait around for managers to give end-of-day updates, even when managers are deliberately unavailable or on calls at clock-out time. Furthermore, leaving on time is actively judged by peers who question why you are leaving "early."
Flawed QA Pipeline: Employees are forced to stay until tasks are QA-approved. If QA is delayed, the developer must wait, pushing daily office hours past the 12-hour mark regardless of when their own work was completed.
Unsupportive and Rigid HR: The HR team is completely superficial. They pretend to be supportive but do absolutely nothing to monitor or curb rampant overtime. However, if you log out at 8:58 instead of 9:00, they are quick to penalize you with a half-day salary cut. They ignore systemic issues while strictly policing trivial minutes.
