1. For technical lead role, they conducted written test. I asked them is it mandatory to have written test for senior roles like Tech lead. They said yes. The written test was framed a way like it was covering all specialization (testing, development,integration,). They rejected me after written test. I returned back to my work location. I got a call from HR that, they were wrongly conducted writtwn test for me asked to come again for interview. But I denied. They dont follow any processes. This is was the worst experience I had with Valeo.
