Cons: The vams global is known for fake promises. They do not pay salary on time, even they create huge backlog of 3 to 4 month. Keep on saying will pay the salary but they don't pay. All the pro review are just paid review or done by the company owner. After some time they do not even reply. Right from HR to CEO are just harassing the employees mentally. Company policy includes making employee fool they just pay you for a month or two then these fraud Company stop paying. Vams Global is liar do not trust on positive review.

View on GlassdoorPros: Freedom to express ideas and take full responsibility in executing those. Well defined roles and processes Well defined agile methodology. Plenty of scope for learning new technologies. Flexible work timings. Incentives, if performed well.
Cons: Have just started a couple of months back. So nothing at the moment.
View on GlassdoorPros: One of the best companies, if You want to start your career and want to learn everything in a short time period, even the staff is so helpful and professional. and the owner takes care of their employees this is made to us happy in any situation.
Cons: To date, I did not find any drawbacks.
