Headquartered in Malvern, Pennsylvania, Vanguard is one of the world’s largest investment companies, offering a large selection of low-cost mutual funds, ETFs, advice, and related services. From our beginning in 1975, Vanguard set course as a very different kind of investment firm. We believe investors should have access to high-quality, low-cost investment products and services, and have candid, clear information to help you make sound investment decisions. That's why Vanguard has always been organized differently from other investment firms. Instead of being publicly traded or privately owned, Vanguard is owned by the Vanguard funds, which are owned by our clients. Vanguard's client-ownership structure has many advantages. We offer a rare kind of stability because we can focus on the long term, which is the right outlook for both investing and running a business. The company you invest with today will be the same company serving you tomorrow.

Received a call from hr, Sent me a application link for the role i applied through it. I got a opportunity to give job interview the following day. The process was pretty simple finding the location of the office was a bit tricky parking was definitely a problem. The interview was smooth the interviewer was friendly and the experience was awesome
Sample questions
The company culture doesn’t seem great based on the candidate experience they have given. The Leadership recruiter approached me for a role and after two rounds of interviews (one in-person) the Head HR has no decision on candidates his team has approached for almost a month. The role approached for was not at my level either, and they were selling future growth opportunities for diverse candidates so they join at a starting point in the company(Role level, compensation level) The Sr. Recruiter when asked about what benefits the company offers mentioned that she will share the benefits if I am shortlisted for an offer. Overall, seemed to be a very negative experience wherein they want a person managing everything for the cheapest possible cost
Sample questions
Below is the interview process and mainly 3 Rounds 1. Phone call 2. Technical Round 3. Managerial Round 4. HR Round Overall the interview process is good and Technical round is more easy.
Sample questions
Interview process was swift and straight forward. First 2 rounds happened over the same call, one after the other. other rounds were scheduled later but were done quickly. the questions were very relevant to the role.
Sample questions
The application process through the career portal was straightforward. It consisted of an initial 20-minute screening call, followed by a video conference and a final interview with the hiring manager. While the recruiters were professional, I found the technical questioning to be more aligned with service-industry standards rather than the specific strategic needs of a major financial brand. Additionally, the team dynamic appeared to be heavily influenced by the manager’s prior professional network, which might be a consideration for external candidates looking for a fresh team culture. An average experience overall.
