View on GlassdoorPros: The compensation and benefits are among the good in the market—and, in my opinion, they’re the company’s only retention strategy. The attractive pay package is the only thing that makes every employee think twice before leaving. If the compensation were at market average, the attrition would likely be significantly higher given the work environment. In my experience, the relentless workload, constant pressure, and unhealthy work culture more than make up for the extra pay. It often feels as though you’re expected to “pay back” every extra rupee through stress, excessive demands, and a complete disregard for work-life balance. The attractive compensation simply isn’t worth the toll it takes.
Cons: This about the Vensure INDIA, NOIDA Operations - The work culture is extremely toxic. Employees are expected to function like machines, with little regard for their well-being, work-life balance, or basic respect. Unrealistic expectations, constant pressure, and a lack of empathy make this a mentally exhausting place to work. The salary may appear attractive at first, but in my experience, it is not enough to compensate for the poor work environment. It also creates a situation where employees find it difficult to switch jobs because many comparable roles do not offer similar compensation, making them feel financially stuck. If you value a healthy work culture, supportive leadership, and respect for employees, this is not a workplace I would recommend.
View on GlassdoorPros: Nothing is this company is good.
Cons: There is nothing to like about this company, the management specially the India leader sucks.
View on GlassdoorPros: Good location. The work life balance is kind of nice too.
Cons: Poor decision making attitude. Decisions are solid, but the focus is on keeping things going as is, rather than how to grow more and more.
View on GlassdoorPros: The only positive aspect of the company is its location. It is in the heart of Noida, and the office building is beautiful. Apart from the location, there were no significant positives.
Cons: There are issues in almost every area of the company, but the biggest problem is the management. Leadership is highly unprofessional, and favoritism is very common. Many senior positions are filled through personal connections rather than skills or experience. Relatives, friends, and friends of friends are given opportunities over qualified candidates. As a result, several people in leadership roles lack the knowledge and capability required for their positions. This culture affects employee morale, growth, and the overall work environment.

Sample questions
Interview process: The interview process started off positively. I had a technical discussion with the AVP and a manager, followed by salary negotiations with HR. The communication was prompt during the initial stages, and I was informed that I had been selected for the role. I agreed to the offered CTC, the joining date, and the two-year service agreement. What went wrong: After confirming everything, communication from the company became inconsistent. Despite multiple polite follow-ups via email and phone, I never received a formal offer letter or final confirmation. This lack of clarity and responsiveness made the experience disappointing, especially after investing time and showing genuine interest in the role. Advice to the company: Please maintain transparent and timely communication post-selection. Candidates value clarity and deserve to know where they stand, especially after being told they’ve been selected.
Sample questions
1. Telephonic round 2. aptitude test (offline) 3. technical interview (offline) 4. offer letter interview level is quite moderate so a candidate with good communication skills and little bit of technical knowledge will easily qualify this.
Application Submission: First, you submit your application for the job or internship online, including your resume. Round 2 - Interview: After passing the aptitude test, you move on to the interview round. In this stage, you're evaluated on your communication skills, personality, and how well you fit the role.
