Had great time working @ Volga
Pros: I've had a truly positive experience working at this organization. The leadership is transparent, approachable, and genuinely committed to both the company’s growth and employee well-being. Special praise for our CEO, Mr. Jayesh, whose clear vision, integrity, and hands-on leadership style create a strong foundation for the company. He encourages innovation and continuous improvement, and his open-door policy makes it easy for employees to voice opinions and feel heard. Kamlesh from Accounts and Admin is another standout always helpful, responsive, and solution-oriented. Whether it's handling payroll, compliance, or general admin support, Kamlesh ensures smooth operations and is always ready to assist with a positive attitude. The work culture is respectful and collaborative. The management values work-life balance, and employee contributions are genuinely appreciated.
