Wonderful Place for learning
Pros: 1. Learn by doing : Volibits offers you opportunity to learn by directly working on the industry projects. 2. Supportive Staff: Staff is very supportive especially Dhruva Sir and Kriti are always there to guide and to help whenever we are stuck. 3. Decent Pay : This was my first company after working for 2 years in manufacturing and I didn't had any prior experience nor I was expert in web development. Still Dhruva sir gave me opportunity to work with him with decent stipend. 4. Timely pay with Gifts: inspite of being a startup, Volibits always pays the salary to its employees and also offer gifts & bonus on special occasions like Diwali.
Cons: No serious cons, it's a growing organization and I am sure they will excell with time.

Pros: I am doing internship at Volibits for past 3 months and it has been an amazing experience. If you are looking for learning new things from well reputed experienced mentor Volibits is the right place for you. Team is so supportive in terms of learning. Also, you will get a chance to work on site to adopt new things, overall amazing experience.
Cons: overall company is good no cons.

Review about Company Culture - Volibits
Pros: Flat organization structure and hence it's easy to approach to higher-ups Excellent Employee Engagement initiatives and hence employees are not feeling isolated Employees are given opportunities to share feedback for improvement options and if these are relevant, it is implemented which acts as a moral booster and employees feel valued. Opportunity for steep learning curve
Cons: May be some scarcity of resources or apt information when needed, as I have faced a little bit and this is not very uncommon for startup like Volibits. I am sure, it will definitely be taken care of in the future as the organization becomes larger.
