Burn down this company. DO NOT JOIN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Pros: Food is better only due to the catering services.
Cons: Brace yourselves. Management is the worst ever. They expect you to give 100 percent of your time all day everyday. Yet they pay meager salaries to individuals. They solely depend on AI and knows nothing at all. If they can, they would even search on ChatGPT if they want to find the location of their own bathroom. This company is the graveyard of software development. CEO is an actual idiot who doesn't know how real life works. These people(if they are actually people and not mad cows) will drain all the life energy out of you and make you suicidal. These people deduct salary from employees at their whim. They deduct bonuses with some nonsensical reasons if they cant find any. They will call you up even in weekends, and if you dont pick up calls or see their message, they will mark you as insubordinate. Upper management leaves and comes into office anytime they want, takes WFH whenever they want, but want us to stick to rules. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY EVER AND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. IT IS BETTER TO BE JOBLESS THAN WORK HERE. IF YOU STILL THINK I'M LYING, JOIN AT YOUR OWN RISK AND EXPERIENCE FIRST HAND.

Pros: There is no pros I can share.
Cons: Everything. The management is not good and Policies are only for show off. Work life balance is very poor. CEO has no vision.

The interview process began with an initial HR call, where basic personal information was collected and an overview of the process was provided. The first round was an extensive assessment covering aptitude, logical reasoning, technical knowledge, and research skills. This round lasted लगभग 4 hours continuously, making it quite intensive and mentally demanding. After successfully clearing the first round, I was invited to the second round, which was a technical interview panel consisting of four interviewers. The discussion primarily focused on SQL and Power BI, with a strong emphasis on RegEx-related questions. While I was able to answer most of the SQL and general technical questions correctly, some of the RegEx questions were quite specific and challenging. The interview concluded without any clear communication regarding the outcome. Unfortunately, there was no formal rejection or follow-up shared afterward, which left the process incomplete from a candidate experience perspective. Overall, the interview process was well-structured and technically thorough, but extremely time-consuming and could be improved with better communication and closure for candidates.
