View on GlassdoorPros: 1. You get stress even on national holidays as you have to work on those. 2. You don’t get paid leaves even. 3. You are sick and cannot go to office for 4-5 days, they will ask you, can you continue or not else leave the company. 4. Salary payment date is too far i.e. 15th of next month for the current working month. 5. No proper staff coordination as interns in HR departments directly gets promoted to chief managerial roles. 6. You cannot go outside for lunch time as lunch time is strictly for 45 mins so company urges you to bring your food yourself. 7. No proper break time and the tea cups are small as 1-2 inch. 8. During tea breaks, there is a small gallery outside where you can go but the managers stop people to even go outside. 9. You’ll feel you’re working in a jail everyday as there is nothing else to do. 10. The have this policy of having a single paid leave every month, and when you take that leave, they skip the paid leave of that month and deduct the per day allowance of that day in your salary. 11. There is no freedom as they are very rigid in their operations and don’t want to change any policies. 12. They can change their policy at anytime without informing the employees. And when you go to them with your issues or anything, they won’t hear your story. 13. Any salary issues they’ll say they will update or change in the next month but still no change and the issue remains forever. 14. There is no insurance of the company gadgets you use, if something gets damaged or anything happens, you are partly responsible for that as well. 15. They think AI is everything and using AI anything can be achieved, so they don’t even hire properly qualified and intelligent individuals. 16. They work on On-Demand Developers, i.e. if any other company requires any developer, they’ll provide their employees to them. Here’s the catch, the one giving the interview or clearing the interview is not going to work for them, they make someone else work in place of that qualified person. Like for a company, A was qualified and cleared all the rounds, B is going to work for that company instead of A. 17. Every month you see new people coming to the company and other people leaving the company which explains a lot of things. 18. There are only 2-3 paid leaves which includes Diwali and Holi. No other national holiday is held.
Cons: There are no pros in this company. When you get hired they’ll say you learn, but the only thing you’ll learn is how to struggle in life between monday to saturday with no paid leaves
