Cons: Head of HR, was denied promotion even though lead recommended it before their exit. Very bad appraisal and performance review system, 1 point out of 4 was intentionally reduced across the board to tank apprasials, and all decimal points are rounded down even if you end up at a .9. No parity in compensation, when raised to management that people with 1 year lesser experience are being paid higher in the same role and team the reply was "we don't care this is it, you can choose to deal with it as you please"

Interview process was smooth. Data Structures and Algorithms round (array based question, think through the corner cases), followed by low level design round, followed by system design round. Interviewers were collaborative.
It was good. Had only 1 round. Interviewer was nice and asked good, challenging questions. Don't know how good the company is to work at though. Nice for interview practice

I recently completed an SQL round followed by a case study round. The SQL questions were good to advanced, covering joins, window functions, query optimization, and practical problem-solving. The case study assessed analytical thinking, requiring structured solutions to real-world scenarios, focusing on data interpretation, insights, and strategic recommendations.
