Cons: Since small company, continuous billability is expected. It is not "People First", but "Billability First" though it boasts as a value or a pillar. So, between projects, being on bench is an unsaid threat. GPTW - Great Place To Work survey is done on selective group of employees. Not whole employee population. These words are with experience.

The interview process was very Good. It wasnt too difficult, I found it quiet easy. Would recommend others to go for it. Three to four rounds of interview were there. Not very tough

1st round internal with Xebia, if clear, then with the client. 1st round interview takes at least 1 hour, and they are more focused on Microservice architecture, and you must cover System design in a better way.
There are 3 rounds for the interview. L1, which is hackerrank test, followed by L2, which is taken by Xebia employees only. Followed by a client round. I have caught till L2, in which there is an Xebia employee who is not interested to take interview, just tries to prove candiate is wrong once the candiate is not answer as expected, they will stop the interview. I never recommended anyone to apply here, as they create the proxy hiring process. At the end not hire a single one.

I went through three rounds of interviews for a cloud-focused Data Engineer role, and overall the experience was disappointing from a technical standpoint. In the final technical round, the interviewer appeared to lack familiarity with core GCP services, despite this being a key requirement for the role. When I explained my experience with AWS and GCP, he repeatedly assumed I had worked on Azure, even after I clarified multiple times. Later, when I discussed Apache Airflow in detail, he asked whether I had worked with Composer, without recognizing that Composer itself is a managed Airflow environment on GCP. Instead of engaging in a constructive discussion, this seemed to create defensiveness. Towards the end, several questions were about tools that were not directly relevant to my profile or the role, making the conversation feel unfocused rather than technical. Overall, the interview process lacked alignment with the role expectations, and I hope the company improves interviewer preparedness to provide a better candidate experience.
