According to the job description, write down the previous work you did and how it matches the current position. During the interview, as much as possible, help them understand how you solved problems in the past in your field in a matter of time and how this skill will help them in the future.

The interview process was well-structured and focused on evaluating both technical expertise and problem-solving abilities. The initial screening call covered my background, relevant experience, and motivation for joining the company. The one-hour technical interview included questions on Python, SQL, machine learning concepts, statistics, data preprocessing, feature engineering, evaluation metrics, and scenario-based problem solving. I was also asked behavioral questions using the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) approach. The case study required designing and implementing an end-to-end solution using machine learning and data analysis techniques. During the technical discussion, I explained my approach, design decisions, model selection, evaluation metrics, challenges faced, and possible improvements. The interviewers were interested in understanding my thought process rather than just the final solution. The final round focused on my previous projects, communication skills, leadership experience, cultural fit, and career aspirations.

I was asked to complete a simple Aptitude test and gave a brief about their company such as Benefits, Working and salary structure. Later the briefing, Technical and HR exist. They asked few technical questions and basic HR questions as well.

First is resume screening .I had only one interview round in on campus.we had both hr and technical interview.I was selected but I declined the offer,because of rotational shift and its 8 hours standing work.

Interview is very easy for Graduate technician role. It is only good for mechanical engineers not for all branches because it is totally manufacturing company. They only Ask a basic level question.
