Cons: Company do not have a job security This is the company where your boss will micro managing on you. Overall bad Company. They provide a very poor cab facility where that do now know which employee need to drop first. That do not value your time.
View on GlassdoorPros: Very disappointing experience as an employee. The management and HR process lacked transparency, and I was terminated without being given a clear or satisfactory reason for the decision. What was especially frustrating was the lack of proper communication and constructive feedback before the termination. Employees deserve to know where they stand and should be treated with professionalism and respect, especially when their career is being affected. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that the company improve its communication, management practices, and transparency with employees. I hope the organization takes this feedback seriously and creates a more fair and supportive workplace for current and future employees.
