Poor management and lack of HR support
Pros: I do not see any pros for this company.
Cons: The HR connections are very poor. No proper updates. No response on requested queries. No employee satisfaction. They dont respond to emails and phones if we have any query and doubts after joining the company. Poor lack of management.

Great place to learn, grow, and build a long-term career
Pros: This is a great company to work with, especially for people who genuinely want to grow in their careers. One of the biggest highlights is the Work Integrated Degree program, also provides training and upskilling programs. The work culture is supportive, management is approachable. You get good exposure, learning opportunities, and a sense that the organization cares about your long-term future, not just short-term results.
Cons: Like any growing organization, processes are still evolving, and things can move fast at times. However, this also creates learning opportunities and exposure.
