Pros: Remote work Team members are helpful Focus on AI
Cons: Lot of push to adopt AI
View on GlassdoorPros: Work from home only, but the toxic environment wont let you live peacefully even at home.
Cons: 1. Your mental health will ruin, you wont learn much either. 2. Deadlines are unrealistic, if you try to argue they will just reply back with "AI" and accuse you of being slow. 3. The leadership especially CEO is incredibly toxic, he treats everyone terribly, though he puts on a completely fake, overly positive front when onboarding new hires, his true nature quickly shows. 4. Most of the positive reviews are written by new joiners(Management literally tells them to write reviews as a part of onboarding) and i guess one of them was written by the CEO himself (Who writes "Keep on pushing the employees for their and organization's growth" in Advice to Management). 5. Appraisal's are as bad as the company name, ruin your physical health for the work, they will ruin your mental health on the day of appraisal by giving you pennies.
View on GlassdoorPros: Benifits are good they give remote
Cons: Projects are not that good toxic culture
View on GlassdoorPros: Focus only on your work, Not Much Interaction with manager or other employees as you working for another client / product based company
Cons: If the client company's contract over , its depend up on them whether they want to re-new or not, and you have to give interview for any other client company or get assigned assigned to another ongoing project
View on GlassdoorPros: - you get sufficient paid leaves - healthy environment - timely payout
Cons: They have fixed no. Of employees so when there is more work pressure they hire intern but don't provide them Ppo if they have sufficient employees they continue to pay them as an intern only. I'm a operations intern
