Cons: Micromanagement and Unhealthy Management Culture Team specially workforce enablement (WE) SharePoint, Exchange, one drive, Teams, Intune.. The management style in my experience was extremely micromanaged. Employees were closely monitored throughout the day, including being questioned about where they were when away from their desks, even for short breaks. There was very little flexibility around working hours. Even arriving around 30 minutes late or leaving around 10 minutes early could become a serious issue, regardless of the circumstances. Managers would sometimes raise their voices on the floor when employees were not at their seats, which created an uncomfortable and stressful environment. Another concern was the way some managers communicated with employees. Threats of termination for arriving late or leaving early made employees feel insecure rather than motivated. I also experienced the use of inappropriate or abusive language during workplace interactions, which I believe is unprofessional. Areas that could be improved: Reduce excessive micromanagement and focus more on employees' actual performance and results. Allow reasonable flexibility for breaks and occasional changes in working hours. Maintain respectful and professional communication, even during disagreements. Avoid public shouting or embarrassing employees on the floor. Create a culture where employees can raise concerns without feeling threatened about job security. Establish clearer and more consistent expectations around attendance and working hours. Overall, the management culture I experienced felt more focused on monitoring employees' physical presence than on productivity, trust, and results. A more respectful, flexible, and trust-based approach could significantly improve the employee experience.

View on GlassdoorPros: Compensation is good compared to the market
Cons: Micro management at peak. So called Technical Team Leaders doesn't have any Technical knowledge(Seems like management were on a spree to increase the headcount rather than hiring good technical people). Off and long working hours. No work-life balance.

Sample questions
There were 3 rounds with first 2 rounds being technical and 3rd one with project manager. But the HR team is worst though I have cleared all rounds as project manager himself told Hr will connect back to me. Even after waiting for 2 weeks they did not call and despite me calling, I did not get any response but only they were saying will get back to you. If you do not want to hire please tell upfrontly and end it dont drag it.It is waste of time
Sample questions
It was good , know your resume top to bottom and dont try to gaslight your resume. Converse with the interviewer frequently , asking him questions etc. Be confident in your skills and it is easy to pass
Sample questions
The process included resume shortlisting, online test, technical interview and hr interview. The online test was very difficult as the platform was not their own. The online test was conducted on SHL and there were 3 sections. General Aptitude, Technical test and i dont remember the third one but it was like a personality test and was very lenghty.
