Poor Work life balance and toxic senior management
Pros: Some team members are good and helpful
Cons: -No worklife balance -Hybrid model only on paper with no on ground flexibility for our team -Lot of attrition due to poor quality senior management. Slow replacement hiring process leading to severe stress for existing employees - Some poor performers continue to free-ride for years with the blessing of senior management

Great place to learn
Pros: It really depends what are you expecting from the job. 3 days hybrid model as on today but it may change. But it's great place to learn technology.
Cons: Long working hours and literally no work life balance.
