Very sluggish interview process, had to sit through whole day to get through just 3 interviews. Technical rounds were detailed, focused on logic than syntax. SQL, Networking concepts, Backend concepts. Technical round, managerial round, followed by f2f with head.
Sample questions
The interview process was a complete mess. they did not have any order whatsoever. after interviewing 20 applicants they they just did the interview for formality and not even one person after this proceeded to the next round. the interviews were online and lacked professionalism. shame on them for being a event management company. also they asked me about genAI questions in the interview even when i applied for data analyst post. my resume said pandas and sql and i was asked about computer vision and langchain etc.
Sample questions
The interview went smooth. There were 3 rounds. Questions were moderate. It was a US night shift hybrid role. The profile sounded cool but the company was not. Got the offer but declined as the HR was not ready to come to a mutual agreement. I had a chance to speak with the front office guy of the Cvent office. He told that there is constant hiring as more and more people leave the company on a regular basis. The salary structure was not upto the mark for someone like me with 5 years of working in the enterprise. Even the bonus which was added to my salary component would be given after 1.5 years at Cvent with a 2.5 years bond with a penalty of 80,000/- if I leave before that.
Sample questions
It was simple.Non technical and mostly communication based.Just Work on your Communication.I got this opportunity from my college. It was all online.first there was an easy assessment and then a communication round.
Sample questions
The interview process consisted of one excel test and one round of interview which got completed i just 5 mins. After the introduction the panel was done with the questions. The panel was very rude and overconfident. The overall time taken was waste and i would recommend not to attend any interview with this company anymore.
