View on GlassdoorPros: OK salary in Kolkata, but no good increment. The management asked us to give positive reviews on Glassdoor instead of actually improving....this is funny that a startup management goes so far
Cons: Upper management is too messed up. Politics and biasing....also increment is very bad.
View on GlassdoorPros: One place that can teach you end to end in the software development, good culture seniors are open to discussion you can improve yourself along with organization , enough time to explore your new ideas.

View on GlassdoorPros: Nice salary compensation for toxic environment. Some of the team members are really good but not the upper management
Cons: Very difficult to meet requirements within very short time. Upper management won't listen to bright ideas, but those who do appreciate the work and ideas. They rampantly use AI (specially the upper management) and then overload us with the debuggings and fixes later

They asked few basic questions on python(like lists, append, functions, lambda fn. , Pandas data frames, numpy arrays, Etc) and some questions on machine learning concepts like regression, regularization, PCA(Principal Component Analysis), etc.

Consisted of 2 Rounds with 1st one consisting of test with almost 50 questions or so , while the second round was more of a panel interview. Test had pseudo-programming questions and some others were purely theoretical maths ,probability and stats based
