Cons: Recruiters are truly unfair while hiring the candidates and most of the time rejecting candidates without proper explanation I hope so they are hiring the candidates through referral most of the time. Usually in corporate it will happen and that is not unfair but the problem is with HR team they are not Even responding to the candidates regarding the hiring process.

I've attended the walk-in for the CDSA role in Bangalore. Then, my CV got shortlisted, and the talent acquisition team reviewed my profile and said the mentioned experience wasn't met.
It was good, the recruiter was super friendly. Interview process is too smooth and easy. Its a good company to work for. One of the top MNC, in the word. All thing about interview is good.
The Process was very smooth, the panel was very cordial and the questions were placed well. Though we ran out of time the interviewer was patient enough to allot extra time to answer my questions.
