A telephonic interview followed by one to one interview. It was an easy process not much hassle. You need to be sure and certain about your skills among the interviewer

written test was offline, they took test on paper test was basically divided in 3 parts 1. embedded system 2. web development c cpp 3. IoT applications Test was easy and asked very basic programs on strings and linked list after test result was announced in an hour. 15 were shortlisted and interview was easy ..2 technical rounds finally they took 2 embedded guys

First round was directly the Technical round with the Finance Controller. It was more interactive than a typical interview. The controller did try to gauge whether i actually new Finance metrics and what influenced them. The next round was with the HR Director and with the GM which were not very indepth.
