View on GlassdoorPros: Great learning opportunities and exposure to real-world projects. Supportive team members and a collaborative work environment. Good opportunity to work with modern technologies and gain hands-on experience. team lead and senior employee are approachable and willing to guide interns.
Cons: Workload can sometimes be challenging, especially when multiple tasks have tight deadlines.
View on GlassdoorPros: Company culture is good over all.
Cons: Work culture is worsen. They track all the day every second on login tracker. Even you washroom time is counted. Manager is to arrogant too listen to anyone.
View on GlassdoorPros: The product provides great exposure to the restaurant POS domain, and there is genuine potential to learn if you care about the product and testing.
Cons: As someone who was hired through personal connections and has been in the QA team for a long time, I have a front-row seat to how this team operates. While being part of the QA Lead's close network has its perks, the internal culture has become deeply unhealthy and unsustainable. The QA Lead was promoted into leadership very early, and despite our personal ties, it’s clear there is a major gap in technical testing depth and true leadership capability. Instead of building a strong, merit-based team, leadership relies heavily on bringing in college friends and personal network hires to build a loyal bubble. Even the newly appointed QA Manager doesn't independently evaluate processes and heavily defers to the QA Lead. Favoritism is blatant. Those of us in the inner circle consistently get better visibility, recognition, and protection, while talented teammates outside this group do heavy lifting without proper credit. Seeing hardworking colleagues get sidelined or pushed out just because they don't fit into our personal group creates constant tension. Internal politics drive everything here. People spend more time navigating personal alliances and protecting their spots than actually focusing on quality engineering. Senior leadership seems fully aware of these dynamics but chooses to turn a blind eye.

I recently attended a Data Science Intern interview. The interview process was smooth and focused on both technical and problem-solving skills. Questions covered SQL, Python, statistics, data analysis, machine learning basics, and real-world scenarios. The interviewers were professional and supportive, creating a comfortable environment to discuss projects and technical concepts. Overall, it was a valuable learning experience that helped me understand industry expectations and identify areas for improvement.

The interview process at Petpooja was straightforward and well-organised. After submitting my application, I was contacted by HR for an initial phone screening where they asked about my background, skills, and interest in the role. This was followed by an in-person interview at their Ahmedabad office, which included a short aptitude test and a discussion with the operations manager about my problem-solving approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The overall atmosphere was friendly and professional, and the questions were focused on real-world scenarios related to the job. I received feedback within a few days of the final interview.
