Pros: Work life balance Professional env
Cons: Low hikes Low Growth No promotions
View on GlassdoorPros: Good salary work life balance
Cons: No onsite opportunity. Lacking in growth
View on GlassdoorPros: The company provides a good working environment with well-defined payroll policies and employee benefits. Overall, I had a positive experience with the organization, and many aspects of the workplace, including the processes and culture, were good.
Cons: During my tenure of around 11 years in the IT industry, I generally had positive experiences working with different teams and managers. However, in my last assignment with the Freesia team under Trade Express, I faced challenges with my reporting manager. I felt there was a lack of adequate guidance and support while understanding business functionality. Even when I reached out with genuine questions, I often found it difficult to get a few minutes of clarification, whereas others appeared to receive more assistance. I also experienced frequent status checks, sometimes on an hourly basis, which created unnecessary pressure and made me feel singled out. I believe a more supportive, collaborative, and consistent management approach would help create a healthier work environment for all team members.
View on GlassdoorPros: Company is generally good and innovative
Cons: Other locations being managed from Chennai is a downer.
View on GlassdoorPros: Nice to work with, good exposure to global clients
Cons: Location restriction, very few remote options
