Ghosted on first interview and didn't give any response until next day and then rescheduled it for another day and on that day the panel joined 20 mins late and asked me if u could reschedule and then did the interview and now feedback from anyone after all this distres and multiple feedback requests. Basically no respect for the candidate and the hr should change it to cr or something because it's not humane.

They called me for an interview and interviewed me over a period of more than three weeks, consisting of three rounds. I informed the recruiter that the reviews on Glassdoor about Zafin's interview process were not good—everyone had mentioned that Zafin is known for ghosting candidates. She assured me that they were not like that and that they urgently needed a resource. However, after the final round of interviews, they told me I was selected and that they would discuss the offer soon. But after a one-month gap and several follow-ups from my side, there was no response. Finally, they said that due to internal changes, the position had been eliminated. Zafin is a ghosting (Fake) interview company. They will interview you, but won't hire you even if you perform well. There will be no proper updates throughout the process.
