Pros: Good learning opportunities and supportive team environment.
Cons: Some processes can be improved for better communication.
View on GlassdoorPros: good company, remote location, senior helpful
Cons: no switch to different careers
View on GlassdoorPros: Good opportunity to gain experience and exposure to different types of projects. You can learn new processes and improve your skills depending on the project and team.
Cons: Workload can be very high on some projects, with employees sometimes expected to complete more work than can reasonably be handled during regular working hours. There are frequent project changes, and proper training is not always provided before moving employees to new projects or responsibilities. Work-life balance could also be improved. Leave availability and flexibility can feel limited, and raising concerns about workload, leave, or working conditions may sometimes make employees feel that they are being singled out or treated differently. In some projects, the workload and expectations can become excessive, making employees feel that their time and personal boundaries are not being respected. Employee concerns are not always heard or addressed properly.
View on GlassdoorPros: Good company, good projects, WFH facility
Cons: Pay is less when compared to market standards
View on GlassdoorPros: Employees have the freedom to manage their work independently, while maintaining a strong sense of ownership toward deadlines, quality, and client expectations.
Cons: During high-pressure periods, managing flexibility alongside competing priorities can sometimes be demanding.

The interview process was smooth and comfortable. The questions were simple, relevant, and easy to understand. The interviewer was friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive, making the overall conversation engaging, positive, and stress-free.
Sample questions
It was on campus Round 1 : mcq related to mostly AI tools and four dsa questions some of dsa question was based on tree and graph as well with basic arrays includng . Round 2 : They called for a small hackathon and asked to make a end to end website . not specific technology but internet was not allowed . Round 3 : One group discussion was conducted Round 4 : Technical interview : they asked from basic to advance . they asked concepts related to the language we use . dsa question was also given . asked about project . Round 5 : HR round were they checked only candidate communication skill
Sample questions
Worst interview experience. The interviewer did not seem to have a strong background in Python. He struggled to pronounce basic Python-related technologies and concepts such as Django and CSRF. Most of the questions appeared to be read directly from his screen, and the expected answers seemed to be limited to whatever answer he had in front of him. There was very little scope for a genuine technical discussion or understanding of the candidate’s knowledge.
Sample questions
There were total 3 rounds 1. Eltac assessment 2. Domain specific test 3. Managerial round (virtual / f2f) Overall interview was good. It took 1-2 week for the whole process. Basically the written and verbal communication skill is must for this role.
