It was a pure technical round with the one of the vp of data engineering. He asked most of the fundamentals of sql and asked me to write some of the sql queries.

The interview process consisted of four rounds in total. The first round focused on technical and product-related discussions, followed by a take-home assignment in the second round. The remaining rounds involved discussions around the technical expertise, product thinking, and overall fit for the data based decision. The only concern was that the final round did not take place. I was kept in the pipeline without receiving a clear update, despite following up multiple times. This lack of communication and closure was disappointing and reflected a gap in professionalism. This is the only reason I rated the experience as neutral; otherwise, everything was up to the mark.

It was a concise call with three panelists across hierarchy; I highlighted product metrics improved, ecosystem partnerships strengthened, and digital campaigns optimized, demonstrating measurable impact and strategic leadership in banking.
