Pros: Nothing apart from harassment. Join at your own risk.
Cons: Big talks luring you into the company. Soon they realise they can't pay you and they start looking for flaws and start indirect harassment till you are compelled to leave. Attrition rate is 80% and I've seen 8 people out of 12 leave in last 2 months. Extremely poor management and sly unwritten rules forced at random times. Join to be happy for a week and disappointed for the rest of your journey.
